Comperian is a private limited company in the United Kingdom that provides executive research services within the Information Technology and Telecommunications sectors to both Executive Search and Selection companies and end-user business customers throughout Europe.

It was set up by two founders who have some fifteen years of experience within a number of Executive Search consultancies and within the IT and Telecommunications sector itself. This latter experience has included managing PricewaterhouseCooper's business development for its Applications Process Outsourcing line of business throughout EMEA, serving as a Director on the board of an international software company and working as a Director of Marketing within Cable & Wireless Plc. The two founders are graduates of Strathclyde Business School and London Business School respectively.

That experience translates into an in-depth knowledge of the IT and Telecommunications sector and an awareness of the people within it. It also transforms the dialogue with a candidate, enriching his view of the client organisation and of the opportunity itself.
